"Paul G. Tonsing married Ruth Martin on Sept. 7, 1893 in Atchison KS. Paul graduated from Western Theological Seminary (Atchison KS) in 1895. The family moved to Beloit KS, then to Hardy NE where Paul held pastorates. After the death of year-old Cyril in 1901, the family moved to Atchison where Paul established the Tonsing Printery on the second floor of the building at 500 Commercial. The seven Tonsing brothers and sisters learned the printing trade, and all worked in the shop."
