      ACCUSES TELEPHONE CO.
William Schaleno Charges That It Wrecked Barn and Destroyed Fruit Trees
That the Cuyahoga Telephone Co., wrecked a barn and used it for firewood; that it destroyed four plum trees and cut large limbs from pear trees and dug holes, disfiguring their premises, is charged by William Schaleno and others in answer filed yesterday to the suit brought by the telephone company restraining destruction of poles and wires on the farms of the defendents.
The farm is located in Newburg township. The injunction suit attracted attention at the time because it was that of a corporation against individuals, reversing the usual order.

William bought property in Newburgh twp from John McGrail in 1891.
