Anna Katherine Mary Hansen, nee Winter, was born in East Kiln, Germany, December 5, 1841, and was dedicated to the Lord in holy baptism on Dec. 12 of the same year. In 1845, she came to this country with her parents. She was confirmed by Pastor Cronenwett. In her eighteenth year, she was married to Mr. Henry Tonsing.
