      Richard’s death record is in volume 3, page 305
      Found a Mary Wroath living at 5 Croton, Cleveland, OH from before 1860 to 1889. She was the widow of Samuel. A Mary Wroath died 23 Jan 1890 at the age of 78 years. Vol 4, page 170. She may be Richard’s sister-in-law.

      The 1850 census also shows another Richard Wroth, age 71, living with John Cooley on the same page as this Richard Wroth. 71 year old Richard Wroth was born in England.

      ...James H. Gates, administrator de bonis non, with will annexed of the estate of Richard Wroath, has sued for instructions as to how to act under the rather blind will of the deceased. He has a small fund in his hands and is undecided as to how to divide it among the legatees.
