    DEATH SUMMONS THREE RESIDENTS
    Mrs. John Swank, aged 49, who has been ill for several months, died Tuesday afternoon at four o’Clock at her home south of town.
    The husband and six children, Joe, Emory and Wilma at home, Mrs. Clara Harris, Mrs. Bertha McKibben and Bert Swank, survive, in addition to other relatives and friends.
    The funeral was set for two o’clock this afternoon, at the Zion church. Interment will be in Union cemetery.

    OBITUARY
    Mrs. Margaret Swank, was born Mar. 11, 1870, and passed away Aug. 12, 1919, at her home near Syracuse, Ind., having been confined to her sick bed for a number of weeks previous. She has been a resident of this community since the days of her childhood.
    On Mar. 8, 1886, she was united in marriage to John Swank, and to this union were born eight children, six of whom are living, namely, Bert Swank; Mrs. Bertha McKibbin, Mrs. Clara Harris, Joseph, Emery and Wilma Swank, besides she leaves her husband, two sisters, three brothers, four grandchildren and a host of friends to mourn thier loss in her untimely death.
    She was converted and united with the Zion U. B. church in which she held memberships and was a faithful worker for some time. She professed peace with God at the time of her death.
    She was a kind and loving wife and affectionate mother, and their loss will be keenly felt by the loved ones and others.
    A precioiius on from us has gone.
    A voice we loved is stilled;
    A place is vacant in our home,
    Which never can be filled.
    God in his wisdom has redalled
    The booon his love had given,
    And though the body slumbers here.
    The soul is safe in Heaven.
    Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Fred R. Wild at the Zion U. B. church. nterment was made in Union cemetery.
