Death Notice | Coldwater Daily Reporter on September 6, 1932. Mrs. Martha Clair, 88, resident of Coldwater for six decades, died at 4:30 p.m. Sunday at her home, 139 South Jefferson Street, after an illness of three months. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. James Zerba, and a granddaughter, Mrs. Hazel Wilder, both of Coldwater. Mrs. Clair was born July 7, 1844, in New York state. She came to Coldwater 60 years ago and lived the past 22 years at the home where she died. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. EST Wednesday from the Free Methodist Church with the Rev. Leon D. Voorheis officiating. Burial will be made in Oak Grove cemetery. Arrangements are in charge of the McConkey Funeral Home. | |
